In FY 2019/20, this action plan states that RRA will focus on optimization of revenue collection from the current levels to enable the government to meet its economic and social obligations.

This Strategic Plan 2019/20-2023/24 is the first five year strategy developed by Rwanda Revenue Authority and is designed to contribute to delivering the National Strategy for Transformation (NST-1) priorities which require substantial fi nancial resources. The plan sets ambitious targets for RRA, including increasing revenue collections year on year.
