An act to provide for the withdrawal of sums of money necessary to meet government expenditure for the 2019 financial year. The act stipulates that withdrawal should be effected from the consolidated fund and other funds, and provides for related matters.

The Tree Crops Policy is based on the Food and Agriculture Sector Development Policy II (FASDEP II) developed in 2008. This policy aims to attain a drastic shift in the paradigm of health service provision in Ghanaian communities. It intends to deliver community level services by engaging community members to recognize their role as primary producers of health. Along with the national strategic plan, the operational policy is to provide guidance and direction for implementing the CHPS.

This strategy provides a framework for the design and roll out of e-health in Ghana’s health sector. It highlights the challenges mitigating against the attainment of the set MDG goals. The strategy strives to solve Ghana’s country specific problem of lack of resources to roll out interventions and poor funding of the health sector.

The policy aspires to serve as a guide to the pharmaceutical sector in Ghana. It targets critical areas, among which include: legislation and regulatory control, local manufacture, herbal medicines, drug procurement and supply management, quality assurance, and monitoring and evaluation.

This strategic plan provides the framework for promoting and working towards the achievement of client-focused, safe, and quality clinical care. It include strategies drawn up to improve general healthcare quality along the lines of: healthcare resources provision, improved personnel development, and effective efforts towards quality assurance.

The strategic plan outlines the national direction for improving reproductive and neonatal health in Ghana for the years under review. It highlights the reduction of maternal and infant mortality as an important contributor to attaining national goals and targets. The strategic plan targets improved reproductive health through activities based on strategic objectives.

The analysis book serves as a module for the technical guidelines, and integrated disease surveillance and response in Ghana. It serves as a complimentary effort towards improved surveillance at all levels.

This policy and guidelines document has an overarching goal to establish efficient and effective Accident & Emergency services. This is to reduce disability, morbidity and mortality in hospitals.
