An Act to amend the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation Act.

This document provides amendment of the curriculum and policy and policy statement of the national curriculum statement to provide for minimum outcomes and standards and a national process and procedure for the assessment of learner achievement. It also provides amendment to the national policy pertaining to the programme and promotion requirements grade R-12.

This plan includes valuable strategic pointers for ensuring that government’s substantial, yet limited, resources are used effectively to accomplish South Africa’s education mission. The emphasis in this Plan of Action is on ensuring that the poorest 40% of learners in South Africa continue to experience improvements in the quality of the schooling they receive, and that all barriers to access, such as distance, school fees, or some other barrier, are removed by 2006.

The policy stipulated in this document applies to public ordinary and special schools and those independent schools that offer the National Curriculum Statement Grades R – 12, which comprise; Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statements for all approved subjects listed in this document; National policy pertaining to the programme and promotion requirements of the National Curriculum Statement Grades R – 12; and National Protocol for Assessment Grades R – 12.

These regulations apply to all school. The main objective is to provide minimum uniform norms and standards for public school infrastructure.

The purpose of this policy is to promote punctual and regular attendance at public schols and provide public schools and provincial education departments (PEDs) with standard procedures for recording, managing and monitoring learner attendance.

An Act to provide for co-ordinated border management and control for the efficient movement and clearance of goods; give effect to the provisions of agreements on one-stop border posts; provide for simplified arrangements with adjoining States relating to the movement and clearance of goods; to establish control zones and provide for powers of officers in control zones; to provide for the development, management and maintenance of border infrastructure; to authorise the application of the Laws of Zambia and the laws of adjoining States in one-stop border posts; to repeal and replace the One-stop Border Control Act, 2009; and to provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

This is an Act to provide for the management, disbursement, utilisation and accountability of the Constituency Development Fund established under the Constitution; establish Constituency Development Fund Committees in constituencies and provide for their composition and functions; and provide for matters connected.

This is an Act to authorise supplementary expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of monies required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ending 31st December 2018, not exceeding in the aggregate seven billion, two hundred and thirty-threemillion, five hundred and thirteen thousand, eight hundred and sixty-six kwacha.

An Act to amend the Public-Private Partnership Act, 2009.

An Act to provide for the regulation of credit reporting agencies by the Bank of Zambia; the licensing of credit reporting agencies; the establishment of a Credit Registry; the governance and management of credit reporting agencies; the protection of data subjects; information sharing and reporting to enable assessment of the credit worthiness of a data subject; and matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to establish the Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia and provide for its functions; provide for the registration of information and communications technology professionals and regulate their professional conduct in the interest of the information and communications technology sector; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

This is an Act to prevent and prohibit the carrying out of terrorism financing and proliferation activities; provide for measures for the detection and prevention of terrorism and proliferation activities; provide for the continued existence of the National Anti-Terrorism Centre and redefine its functions; provide for the offences of proliferation and proliferation financing; domesticate the international conventions and treaties on anti-terrorism and proliferation; repeal the Anti-Terrorism Act, 2007; and provide for matters, connected with, or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to amend the Judiciary Administrattion Act.

An Act to amend the Judiciary Subordinate Courts Act.

An Act to amend the Rent Act.

An Act to provide for sound financing for the national health system; provide for a universal access to quality insured health care services; establish the National Health Insurance Management Authority and provide for its functions and powers; establish the National Health Insurance Scheme and provide for its systems, procedures and operation; establish the National Health Insurance Fund and provide for contributions to and payments from the Fund; provide for accreditation criteria and conditions in respect of insured health care services; provide for complaints and appeals processes; provide for the progressive establishment of provincial and district health offices of the Authority; and provide formatters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to provide for the levying of rates; provide for the assessment of rate able property, plant and machinery; provide for the appointment and powers of valuation surveyors; provide for the continuation of the Rating Valuation Tribunal and revise its composition, jurisdiction and powers; repeal the Rating Act, 1997; and provide for matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.

An Act to provide for the sustainable regulation and management of solid waste; general and self-service solid waste services; the incorporation of solid waste management companies and define their statutory functions; the licensing and functions of solid waste service providers, operators and self-service solid waste providers and provide for their functions; the regulation, operation, maintenance and construction of landfills and other disposal facilities; the setting and approval of tariffs for management of solid waste and provision of solid waste services; and matters connected with, or incidental to, the foregoing.
