This is a parliamentary Act to prohibit trade in counterfeit goods, to establish the anti-counterfeit agency, and for connected purposes. The functions of the agency shall be to enlighten and inform the public on matters relating to counterfeiting, co-ordinate with national. regional or international organizations involved in combating counterfeiting.
