State Land (Procedure for Enforcement of Levies and Loans) Regulations

The regulations relate to the enforcement of payment of service levy imposed under the relevant sections of the State Land Act. Among other stipulations, notice shall be issued on occupiers who default on loans. Occupiers are also allowed to contest notices of default.
