The policy relate to the following; floods, veld fires, pest infestations, epidemics, animal disease, severe weather (including hailstorms and lightening strikes), refugee influxes, transport accidents, industrial explosion, urban fires, industrial pollution and chemical spillage. the list is however subjected to change
