The main objective of this strategic plan is to ensure that Eye care services in the country are significantly improved. It constitutes seven chapters that describe the findings of the review of the first NECP Strategic Plan (2004-2008); narrate the vision, mission, goal, purpose and specific objectives of the 2011-2016 National Eye Care Strategic Plan; describe activities under each specific objective; and give the summary budget estimate for implementation of this plan.
