National Digital Talent Policy

The digital talent policy pushes to increase the quality and quantity of digital skills across all levels in Rwanda. It aims to fulfill the objectives and targets for the number of digital skills in ICT available in Rwanda, as expressed in the economic reduction and poverty reduction strategy (EDPRS). It targets all levels of citizens, from primary schools, people in the workforce, secondary schools, higher institutions, experts, innovators, and entrepreneurs in the ICT field. The framework of the policy sets out to; provide digital literacy for all, build a digitally expert workforce, set up an IT elite corps, as well as coordinate all digital literacy interventions.
