Merchant Shipping (Tonnage) Regulations 2010

Ministry of Transportation, Nigeria

Where necessary, the measure of tonnage of a ship in Nigeria shall be ascertained in accordance with these regulations. Its application for registration of ship in Nigeria shall be made by the owner to the Minister in a form prescribed by the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency.
