The Ethiopian Agricultural Businesses Corporation is hereby established
as a Federal Government public Enterprise. The Corporation shall be governed by the Public Enterprises Proclamation of 1992. The corporation shall equally be supervised by the ministry of public enterprises. It contains details pertaining to capital, liability, duration, repealed regulations, and transfer of rights and liabilities. Among the objectives of the Corporation includes; to buy from domestic and international markets and supply agricultural inputs, process same; undertake agricultural inputs market price stabilization activities; to render agricultural mechanization services, agricultural and construction equipment repair services, and provide rental services of agricultural machineries and transport vehicles
