The Nigerian Oil and Gas industry content Act was developed to provide steps to be used for development and monitoring of Nigerian content in Oil and Gas industry. This guideline is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Nigeria Oil and Gas industry content development Act to establish a procedure for the administration and management of applications for temporary work permits and deployment of expatriates in the industry.
