This strategic framework identifies some gender challenges and approaches to address them. To encourage girl’s education and care work, the African Union plans to integrate and implement gender dimensions into African Union Flagship projects and also set up African Women’s Development Fund; To achieve a technology and E-Inclusion, African Union proposes to endorse technological and E-solutions and platforms that will advance gender equality and women’s empowerment.
