The ministerial order states the general conditions and pricing principles that an agreement for Interconnection between Public Telecommunications Operators should meet. The order however exempts Interconnection between non-public networks, interconnection between a public network and a non-public network, and activities that makes available to another operator, resources, in order to allow the provision of telecommunications services.
