Forest (Declaration of Protected Trees) Order

Botswana, Ministry of Agriculture Development and Food Security

This Order provide for the establishment of forest reserve in certain areas. The areas specified in the schedule of this order shall be deem to be forest reserve. It also include area of state land declared as forest reserve and describe the area of land within the Chobe land that is declared as chobe forest land.
